Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust
Date: 6 days ago
City: Leicester
Contract type: Full time

Job Overview
Are you currently working as a Band 6 Dietitian looking for an exciting role within Prescribing Support ?
We have an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic, innovative, and self-motivated Dietitians to be a part of our successful team and we have a number of positions available. We are looking for Band 6 Dietitians to join our Prescribing Dietetic Team. There may be opportunities to rotate into other specialisms depending on capacity/funding.
Due to the success of the current Dietetic Prescribing Support team providing an enhanced service across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland, additional funding has been secured on a permanent basis to expand this team even further. You will join the existing Prescribing Support team which already has strong links with the Medicines Optimisation Teams working towards embedding the dietetic service within the Primary Care Networks.
The role currently involves a combination of remote and face to face duties enabling some flexibility with service delivery and we welcome applicants considering both full time and part time hours (minimum 22.5 hours). Due to the nature of the work a car driver is essential. Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car during working hours. Base: to be agreed, depending on geographical area covered.
