12 month FTC
This is a key role that bridges our innovative Development Chefs and NPD Team with internal stakeholders and our customers. You’ll ensure that recipes not only taste amazing but also meet customer briefs, technical requirements, cost parameters, and internal standards. From concept through to handover—and supporting all the way to launch—you’ll play a central role in the development journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate development activity for product submissions, panels, and launch reviews.
- Own and facilitate NPD meetings and feasibility/handover sessions for relevant categories.
- Ensure all customer-facing concepts are costed, margin-checked, and signed off internally.
- Be the main point of contact across multiple departments—Commercial, Technical, Process, Operations, and more.
- Prepare and ensure accuracy of all presentation materials for customer meetings.
- Deputise for the NPD Manager when needed, including attending and leading customer presentations.

- A degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience within food manufacturing or retail NPD.
- Solid project management skills - proactive, organised, and able to work autonomously or in teams.
- Strong understanding of NPD gate processes, technical constraints, and manufacturing requirements.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and Recipe Professor.
- Flexibility, a full UK driving licence, and a passion for continuous improvement.
