Your Impact

We are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our growing finance team. You will be reporting to the Finance Manager, gaining a high level of exposure to all transactional elements of finance.

You have an interest in starting your career in Finance or wanting to progress your Finance experience. You have strong communication and interpersonal skills. You enjoy working in a fast-paced and changing environment.

What You'll Do

  • Order processing from CRM to accounting software Dynamics 365
  • Stock processing and reconciliation
  • Compensation application
  • External audit support
  • Team cover during annual leave
  • Taking customer payments
  • Customer queries via email and telephone
  • Ad hoc duties

What You'll Bring With You

  • Similar experience preferred
  • Ability to take ownership, be proactive and achieve desired results
  • Be able to work in a relatively fast paced and high pressured environment
  • Must be able to work within a changing environment
  • Must challenge old processes and the way things have been done in the past
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft products
  • Able to communicate effectively to various stakeholders
  • Be prepared to work extra hours during busy periods
  • Have good knowledge of Microsoft products
