REED Business Support are actively recruiting on behalf of an established organisation for a permanent Parts Advisor.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has previous experience within parts and customer service.
As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Source and allocate parts
- Stock monitoring
- Answer phone calls, emails and walk ins from customers
- Taking orders from customers
- Ensure the correct parts are identified and dispatched to internal and external customers, liaising with colleagues to ensure customer expectations are met and, in most cases, exceeded.
