To contribute, as a member of the Employee Benefits team, to the smooth running of the department and the achievement of its objectives. The successful Health & Wellbeing Consultant will need to clearly demonstrate a strategy for actively developing the health & risk business from clients by promoting existing lines of business, promoting / securing additional lines of business and by obtaining referrals for new corporate clients. You will need to develop professional relationships with each client and understand their needs and objectives.
