As a trainee within out Assets & Delivery team, we’ll support you to develop the skills, knowledge and qualifications needed to ensure that our investment in our planned contracted maintenance and refurbishment programmes deliver value for money for our organisation and quality for our customers.
By supporting you to achieve qualified surveyor status and providing on-the-job learning opportunities, we’ll develop you to be able to, amongst other things:
- Monitor the performance of and deliver maintenance and refurbishment contracts including, but not limited to kitchen, bathroom roofing and window replacements.
- Inspect completed works to ensure a quality delivery, that is in-line with spec and compliance requirements.
- Promote a first-class customer service, by supporting customer engagement and involvement efforts that ensure a seamless service and high levels of customer care.
Our ideal candidate? Your CV and covering letter will demonstrate that you’ve achieved GCSE mathematics grade C / 4 or above in English and Mathematics, a level 2 or higher qualification in a trade, construction or building engineering subject, as well as experience of applying this learning in a construction / maintenance related role.
