As an HR Technical Analyst you will bring your experience of HR IT systems and people analytics to deep dive into the configuration and design of our HR IT landscape.
Technically skilled and analytical, you will have an in depth knowledge of the configuration of our systems, with a high level of responsibility to support senior management and the HR team to deliver key transformational projects. Consequently, the work you do undoubtedly has a big impact on the quality of our Recruitment, Training, Employee Engagement and HR processes across the business.
The HR team researches, designs and implements cost effective, efficient tools and processes to support each stage of the employee lifecycle. It's how we achieve consistency, optimise employee retention and continue to be seen as an employer of choice.
You'll need to keep calm under pressure, have a passion for analysing data, be full of initiative and have excellent communication and organisational skills.
