We are looking for an enthusiastic Supply Chain Graduate to join our team specializing in Master production scheduling, Material planning, Material Operations and Customer services for our Engine and After Treatment business in Darlington, UK. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

- Master Production Scheduling - Scheduling production and inventory levels in line with demand forecasts and planned capacity

- Material Planning and Operations - Managing the balance of supply and demand to optimize business results and provide effective material flows

- Customer Services - Being the voice of the customer in plant and maximizing their experience through the management and fulfilment of their order requirements

  • Ensuring internal and external customers' expectations and requirements are met
  • Evaluating and interpreting data to draw conclusions to improve business processes and preparing key performance indicators and presenting to senior management
  • Exposure to Global logistics, Sales and marketing, Purchasing and Supply chain finance


To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Hold a First Class or 2:1 Undergraduate Degree in a Business or Supply Chain focused discipline. Related Subjects also considered
  • Robust Supply Chain Knowledge, Previous customer/supplier facing work experience or a placement year in a manufacturing environment is beneficial but not essential
  • Excellent IT Skills, in particular Excel, with great analytical thinking and a fine attention to detail
  • Strong communication (written and oral) and time management skills
