Position: Warehouse Operative
Location: Biggleswade
Hours: 2-10pm
What is your role?
As a warehouse Operative, you will help contribute to the day to day running of our Outbound shift. Ensuring all customer orders are met maximizing efficiency and quality.
You will be responsible for making sure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, all vehicles are loaded safely and correctly.
Our ideal warehouse operative is a strong communicator who works well individually within a wider team environment. Warehouse operatives are punctual, reliable and keen to develop within their role, a basic understanding of English is required to comply with health and safety protocols.

- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment.

- Follow company procedures, ensuring that best practices are observed, and safe systems of work are being followed at all times.

Who are you?
For this job we have a couple of requirements:
- Previous Logistics experience an advantage
- A Focused and motivated individual with a desire to progress and develop.
- Embraces change and finds new ways of doing things.
- A keen eye for detail and a sound understanding of right first time.
- Strong communication skills with a mature and professional approach
- A flexible attitude to working hours.
