As our teams grow, we seek our next Warehouse Manager to join our Milton Keynes Team.

Every day is different at The Bread Factory, but here are some of the things you will be doing:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring seamless goods-in and goods-out processes.
• Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to maximise productivity and optimise warehouse layout.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
• Liaise with internal teams such as production, logistics, and procurement to ensure operational alignment.
• Work closely with suppliers, delivery drivers, and external stakeholders to manage relationships and resolve any issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs.
• Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide updates to senior management.
• Manage and maintain warehouse equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and addressing repairs promptly.
  
  

Our team tells us you will be a great addition if you have experience in:

• Proven experience in warehouse management, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team.
• In-depth understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
• Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS), Tropos and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
