We are currently seeking a Warehouse Administrator, you will be responsible for data entry, processing, and documenting order details, assisting with customer services and general warehouse duties/stock control. This role will be based at our Felixstowe Mega Distribution Centre.
Hours of Work - 08.00 - 17.00

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that all daily admin tasks are completed in a timely and accurate fashion
- Assisting with customer service queries via email or telephone
- Liaising with the transport team to arrange collection or delivery of goods
- Daily routing of orders using the transport management system
- Allocating and releasing orders
- Physically counting and investigating stock queries
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to understand computerised Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk to external and internal clients
- Confident in using MS Office, (Excel and Word)
- Experience working within an office environment
- An understanding of Warehousing and Supply Chain Logistics
- Driven and self-motivated
- Good time management skills
- Able to work to deadlines and meet targets
- Team Player
