We are currently seeking a Warehouse Administrator, you will be responsible for data entry, processing, and documenting order details, assisting with customer services and general warehouse duties/stock control. This role will be based at our Felixstowe Mega Distribution Centre.

Hours of Work - 08.00 - 17.00

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that all daily admin tasks are completed in a timely and accurate fashion
  • Assisting with customer service queries via email or telephone
  • Liaising with the transport team to arrange collection or delivery of goods
  • Daily routing of orders using the transport management system
  • Allocating and releasing orders
  • Physically counting and investigating stock queries

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to understand computerised Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk to external and internal clients
  • Confident in using MS Office, (Excel and Word)
  • Experience working within an office environment
  • An understanding of Warehousing and Supply Chain Logistics
  • Driven and self-motivated
  • Good time management skills
  • Able to work to deadlines and meet targets
  • Team Player
