Position: Waking Night Project Worker
Location: Aylesbury
Salary: £24,423 per annum
Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week)

Join our supportive team at Trinity Court 4, a residential care home for six adults with learning disabilities, where we work with compassion, respect and inclusion to empower residents to live as independently as possible.

The Role

As a Waking Night Project Worker, you will:

  • Support residents overnight, ensuring their safety, wellbeing and dignity
  • Build positive, trusting relationships through a collaborative approach
  • Promote independence while respecting individual needs and choices
  • Respond to incidents, provide emotional support and maintain clear records
  • Administer medication and complete light household tasks
  • Provide personal care when required

Shifts

9:30pm - 7:30am

About You

You are caring, reliable and a strong communicator, with a collaborative mindset and a genuine commitment to inclusive, person-centred support. Experience is helpful but not essential, as full training is provided.
