WRBLO is ready to launch and wishes to attract an HR Professional who with HR and Immigration Sponsor Licence Management Skills.
What difference will you make?
This role will assist our people who need to be sponsored, who are currently voluntarily engaged in roles that are progressing WRBLO's launch of strategic fundraising in support of projects and services that benefit deprived communities across Africa. Your engagement will significantly boost our ability to obtain and maintain our Sponsor Licence, as well as manage HR.
What are we looking for?
Monitoring sponsored employees and COS Communicating with the Home Office Keeping records of employment, visas, qualifications and DBS Good knowledge of Bright HR software and tools Experience using the Home Office sponsorship management system
What will you be doing?
WRBLO are preparing to make a Sponsor Licence Application to the Home Office. We must always be compliant. We need to engage a volunteer who has knowledge and experience in the HR management associated with UK Immigration Sponsor Applications and we are hoping that the successful candidate will ensure that WRBLO HR and Sponsor Licence processes are able to meet the requirements of the Home Office and any potential audit visits. The applicant should hold UK settled or citizenship status.
