Analytical Insight Your ability to review budgets, monitor expenditure, and interpret financial data will help support effective decision-making. A willingness to learn new methods and tools is just as important as any current expertise. Collaborative Spirit You will work closely with the headteacher, business manager, and fellow governors. What will you be doing?

As a co-opted governor on the R&F committee, you will Review and monitor budgets Work closely with our school business manager and headteacher to ensure that funds are allocated efficiently. Provide financial oversight Use your experience to scrutinise expenditure and challenge current practices where necessary. Contribute to strategic planning Help shape financial policies and long-term resource strategies that underpin our school’s success.
