As a Volunteer Admin Support, you'll help us find the right talent in volunteers—to drive the success of Julian House’s essential work supporting vulnerable individuals. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause while developing valuable skills in Volunteering, Recruitment and team collaboration.

- Help onboard new volunteers by ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and managed in line with GDPR requirements.
- Be an integral part of a supportive, collaborative team where your time and contributions truly make a difference.
- Support recruitment by processing applications from individuals interested in volunteering with Julian House.
Qualifications / Requirements
- A friendly, approachable attitude when interacting with staff and candidates.
- A proactive, motivated individual with a strong attention to detail & excellent communication skills.
- Previous admin experience is a bonus, but not essential! If you’re willing to learn, we’re here to support you.
