The marketing campaigns that will acquire, engage, and grow customer value are an essential driver for its success. So, we’re searching for a Virgin Group Marketing Lead, to ensure adoption of this business-critical platform across the Virgin Group.
You could be a commercially minded and entrepreneurial Senior Marketing Manager, with strong knowledge of technical and data-led marketing initiatives. Or an Account Director within a CRM/Marketing Data agency, with strong client and campaign management skills. - Work closely with senior stakeholders to identify needs, represent the Group Marketing Platform customer proposition, champion marketing requirements, and overcome specific adoption challenges to deliver jointly beneficial outcomes.
- Lead the development and iteration of our cross Virgin Company (end) customer contact approach and associated campaign governance.
- Use a deep understanding of the commercial and strategic value of the platform’s potential, alongside technical and CRM experience, to shape the marketing framework that is fit for purpose now and scalable for the future.
- Manage campaign governance and operations and ensure that we leverage the assets at our disposal to create maximum customer and business value through our marketing capabilities.
- Work with internal teams to refine the end customer proposition and bring it to life, scoping and defining elements of the roadmap and operating model, and driving engagement to maximise value exchange and group customer lifetime value.
- Work with internal teams to design, plan and execute campaigns.
- As the platform matures, work with the VGMP team to prepare and onboard Virgin companies, creating and implementing a scalable marketing operating model.
- Collaborate on use case prioritisation and sizing, business casing and pricing options, including future use of paid channels.
What you’ll need
- Experience working with data science, propensity models and analytics to optimise campaign effectiveness and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Commercial and Customer-led mindset, with experience validating business cases and demonstrating commercial value to senior stakeholders.
- Experience playing a leading role in planning, executing and optimising marketing campaigns.
- Experience of addressing and overcoming attribution challenges with partners/clients.
- Strong understanding of modern customer enagement platforms (CEPs), such as Braze and Adobe).
