Responsibilities:
The VP Group Marketing is responsible for:
• Driving and overseeing the production of valuable and engaging content for the Norican, and LoB websites, attracting relevant target groups, to generate quality leads
• Developing strategies and tactics to boost Norican’s reputation and drive qualified traffic to the Norican web site
• Establish and maintain open and recurring communications lines with LoB & regional senior leadership
• Anchoring and facilitating global marketing internal communication & best practice sharing
• Lead the adoption of digital tools within the global marketing team (CRM, CMS, SEO, PPC)
• Managing the Group marketing budget, creating an overview of regional & Line of Business marketing budgets in order to ensure optimal use of Norican marketing resources
• Ensuring that all marketing materials, campaigns & exhibitions are in line with Norican & power brand identity
• Supporting the global Marketing organization in deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
• As part of Norican Marketing leadership participating in developing & executing Group marketing strategy including supporting Norican corporate functions
• Recruit and manage corporate marketing suppliers
• Recruit, manage & develop direct reports and support in global marketing
Specific tasks:
• Global marketing strategy development, in close cooperation with Brands & regions
• Own & facilitate global marketing calls and communications
• Management progress review including Marketing metrics, web site reports, budgets, etc.
• Tracking and analyzing the performance of local, regional & global campaigns
• Marketing team competency mapping & development
• Website management, review customer journeys & update content and functionality accordingly. • Facilitate Norican annual marketing budget process

Professional experience & background:
• BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field combined with a senior marketing leadership track record of minimum 5 years is desired
• Extensive experience with brand management in an b-t-b technical complex environment, identifying target audiences and creating processes for efficient use of Marketing resources
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
• Proven ability to build, lead, and integrate effective and lasting marketing management programs within a B2B setting
• Experience with international activities, either from working abroad or from an organization/company with a strong international focus
• Experience with Marketing Strategy development in a business-oriented context and implementation with a clear commercial focus
• Fluent in written & verbal English
Based in Altrincham, Manchester.
Regular global travel will be required
