Veterinary Receptionist/Admin (Part-Time) - #137897

Are you organised, approachable, and looking for a flexible part-time role in a friendly, equine-focused environment?

We're seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to join our dedicated team at a busy equine veterinary practice. You will be working 7.5 hours per week, between Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm (with additional hours available to cover holidays and sickness).

About The Role

As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, managing bookings, handling enquiries, and providing general administrative support to the veterinary team. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Answering phone calls and responding to emails
• Scheduling appointments and managing the practice diary
• Processing payments and handling invoices
• General administration tasks to support day-to-day operations
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A friendly, professional manner with clients and colleagues
• Competent IT skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliability and flexibility to provide additional cover when needed
• Desirable: Background or interest in horses or the equine industry
• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
• Full training will be provided, so an equine background is not essential
