What You’ll Get

  • Base salary: £29,200 – £37,700 (depending on your experience and skills)
  • Bonus opportunities for exceeding performance expectations
  • 42-hour week, Monday to Friday – no weekend shifts

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be part of a skilled and supportive workshop team, helping keep our customers safe and happy on the road. Quality workmanship and achieving first-time fixes are core values that guide everything we do. Your work will involve:

  • Diagnosing and repairing vehicles to a high standard
  • Performing regular maintenance, servicing, and complex repairs
  • Using your technical knowledge to deliver first-time fixes
  • Working in a way that values honesty, precision, and care


We’re Looking For Someone With

  • An Automotive qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
  • Experience working as a Vehicle Technician
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Your own set of tools
