What You’ll Get
- Base salary: £29,200 – £37,700 (depending on your experience and skills)
- Bonus opportunities for exceeding performance expectations
- 42-hour week, Monday to Friday – no weekend shifts
- Regular training, support, and opportunities for development
You’ll be part of a skilled and supportive workshop team, helping keep our customers safe and happy on the road. Quality workmanship and achieving first-time fixes are core values that guide everything we do. Your work will involve:
- Diagnosing and repairing vehicles to a high standard
- Performing regular maintenance, servicing, and complex repairs
- Using your technical knowledge to deliver first-time fixes
- Working in a way that values honesty, precision, and care
- An Automotive qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Experience working as a Vehicle Technician
- A full UK driving licence
- Your own set of tools
