What will you be doing?
We’re a small but ambitious charity working with families of babies and young children to strengthen the home learning environment and improve long‑term outcomes for children.
As we look ahead to the next 10 years of our work, we’re seeking new trustees to join our board and help shape the future of the organisation. We’re particularly keen to hear from people with skills and experience in one or more of the following areas (though this list is not exclusive)
You’ll work closely with our CEO and fellow trustees in a supportive, collaborative environment. As a small organisation, trustees can really see — and feel — the impact of their input. This is a hands‑on strategic role rather than a distant oversight position.
You don’t need previous trustee experience. We value thoughtful challenge, good judgement, curiosity, and a genuine commitment to improving outcomes for children and families.
The recruitment process will include an informal conversation/interview with the CEO and one of our current trustees. We aim to make the process welcoming, transparent and human.
