We are looking for someone like you. We’re currently recruiting for Transport Administrator to be based at our customer site in Ilkeston, Derbyshire for our transport operations . You will be working across a Monday – Friday - 7:30am-3:30pm or 8:00am-4:00pm.
Previous transport experience is desirable but is not essential. Previous administrative experience would be advantageous, full training will be provided for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do On a Typical Day
- Processing carrier and transport orders
- General data entry and system updates
- Scanning documentation and filing accurately
- Searching for and managing PODs (Proof of Delivery)
- Handling email and telephone queries from customers and carriers
- Supporting the transport team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- An interest in office-based work and the transport industry
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confidence using basic IT systems
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A willingness to learn and develop within the role
