We are one of the UK’s fastest growing dealer groups representing the Volvo, Hyundai, Lotus, Alpine, Omoda & Jaecoo brands across 16 dealerships in London, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Suffolk and Essex. We are currently looking for an engaging and highly motivated Transaction Manager to join our team at our Omoda & Jaecoo dealership in Watford.

What you’ll do

The Transaction Manager is an integral part of the sales team; facilitating sales, finance options, insurance, and warranties to our valued customers. You will be adept at understanding and meeting the needs of each customer, ensuring the highest standards of customer experience. Through exemplary customer service and attention to detail, you will retain loyal customers whilst attracting new customers to the business. You will also offer support and guidance to all members of the Sales team.

Your experience

To be successful in this role you will have a great eagerness to learn and passion for the Omoda & Jaecoo brands. For this role you must have the following: -

  • At least 1 years’ experience as a Transaction Manager in the automotive industry
  • Financially astute with a proven track record of achieving results
  • A sound knowledge and understanding of FCA standards, consumer legislation and trade practices
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels combined with an eye for detail and a strong entrepreneurial spirit
