Role Overview
An opening has arisen for a Trainee Rural Surveyor to support an expanding and busy Estate Management team. The team is involved in a wide variety of work across the South West, including land management, landlord & tenant, farm and estate strategic reviews, and the provision of rural consultancy advice. We are committed to taking on the right person who is aspirational and wants to develop their career to the next level, providing advice to clients on a number of land management aspects.

Sevenoaks has a strong rural team, comprising agency, forestry, ABS, and management. Also, a multi-disciplinary office with residential, lettings, new homes, planning, and development, employing 80 people. The wider Rural division operates across the UK, with a network of 37 offices and several estate offices, spanning from Inverness in the North to Truro in the South-West.
This role does not meet the salary criteria for skilled worker visa sponsorship(click link to check exemptions).
