If you've completed your exams and are looking for the opportunity to move beyond administration or paraplanning into a genuine advisory career, this could be exactly what you're looking for.
We're working with an established and growing financial planning practice seeking an ambitious individual to join their team and develop into a fully-fledged Financial Adviser This is not a role where you'll spend years waiting for an opportunity. You'll work closely with experienced advisers, support existing clients, gain valuable exposure to client meetings, and develop the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to build a successful advisory career.
For the right person, there is a genuine long-term opportunity to grow within the business and play a significant role in its future.
Alongside a salary of £35,000–£40,000, you'll benefit from:

What you'll be doing:
  • Supporting client review meetings and ongoing servicing work
  • Building trusted relationships with existing clients
  • Working alongside experienced advisers and learning from real client cases
  • Developing your technical and advisory knowledge
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance client outcomes
  • Progressing towards a broader client-facing advisory role over time

What will you need to succeed?

  • Relevant financial services qualifications already completed or well underway
  • A genuine ambition to become a successful Financial Adviser
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • A desire to build a long-term career within a supportive practice
  • The ability to commute to the office on a daily basis initially
