About The Role

Based at our Claims Management Centre of Excellence in Bradford, you'll play an important role in helping people who have suffered as a result of unacceptable working conditions in the past. You’ll be trained in how to help identify valid claims, fully investigate those claims to prove the evidence of employer negligence, and negotiate fair settlements for claimants.
This is an entry-level role, and no prior experience is required; however, any relevant experience is welcomed. Above all, we value a positive attitude and the right mindset. Our Claims Management team will provide comprehensive training to support your development and build your skills and confidence over time.

What Your Day Will Look Like
- You’ll manage all aspects of the claims handling process which includes; identifying the correct policy cover for each claim, review of historic documentation and complex scenarios, assessment of new artefacts and documentation, consideration of new evidence and authorisation of payments for claimants.
- You’ll also liaise closely with your team, working together to achieve the agreed Service Levels and team-wide objectives.
- Work towards an industry-recognised qualification - the Chartered Insurance Institute Level 3 (Cert CII) during your first two years.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the UK insurance industry and claims process.
- Comprehensive on-the-job training and professional development.
- Opportunity to progress towards the Diploma in Insurance (DIP CII) with the Chartered Insurance Institute.
- You have a curious mind and determination.
- You have strong organisational and communication skills.
- You enjoy problem-solving and have good attention to detail.
- You have GCSE Grade C/4 in English and Maths or equivalent
- You have the right to work in the UK, as this role is not eligible for skilled worker visa sponsorship.
