The Trade Compliance Administrator plays a key role in supporting stock movement processes by ensuring accurate product data, smooth coordination with forwarders and brands, and effective management of cross‑border shipment queries. The role supports new intake activity, maintains essential documentation, and helps ensure compliance with customs and international trade requirements.

- MDA and PO drop creation to support intake processes
- Update and manage consistent, detailed product information across forwarders, internal systems, and brand partners.
- Support Customer Services, carriers, buying, merchandising, warehouse and press teams with cross‑border shipment queries.
- Liaise with Buying teams and brands to support speed to market for new intake.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation to support customs and compliance requirements.
- Maintain clear communication between internal teams and external partners.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation to support stock returns and swaps with suppliers
- You are detail‑focused, organized, and comfortable working with data and documentation.
- You collaborate well with multiple teams and external partners, and you enjoy supporting operational processes in a fast‑moving environment.
- You take pride in accuracy and understand the importance of compliance in trade
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, administration, or trade roles (desirable).
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate product and shipment data across multiple systems.
- Strong communication skills with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of customs or cross‑border requirements (preferred but not essential).
