GEOxyz is an international maritime data company specialized in hydrographic, geophysical & geotechnical and topographical surveys, site investigations, renewable energy support and crew transfers for the on-, near and offshore industries.
We are currently looking for a Tender Manager to join our team.
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of offshore projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to our quality standards (ISO). You will play a critical role in coordinating various project stakeholders, managing resources effectively, and maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Review ITT/PQQ/RFI/RFQ when received and update relevant systems.
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of pre-qualification and tender documentation by stipulated deadlines.
- Point of contact for the client and internal staff throughout the tender process.
- Liaise with other GEOxyz departments to attain information required – Finance, HSE, Legal, Operations etc.
- Prepare and present relevant information to the management team for review and approval.
- Manage clarifications, client response and provide detailed handover to operations on contract award.
- Ensure that all activities are carried out with the highest regard for health, safety and the environment.
- Ensure that all work is undertaken to the highest quality and professionalism in accordance with the company Integrated Management System and project-specific documentation.
- Responsible for the tender library and registers.
- Stay informed on market trends and the company’s capacities and capabilities.
- Desirable – Knowledge of commercial aspects/risks of survey projects.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree (e.g., Geophysics, Hydrographic Survey, Engineering, Geology, Oceanography)or relevant work experience in a related field.
- Offshore operational knowledge is preferred.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken), knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- High level of numeracy and literacy skills.
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels.
- Ability to manage workload as an individual and in a team environment
- Flexible, self-motivated and happy with responsibility.
- A proactive attitude toward your work and the business objectives.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the EU.
