Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to various business functions.
- Coordinate and manage schedules, ensuring effective time management for the team.
- Maintain accurate records and organise documentation for easy access and retrieval.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Handle incoming correspondence and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Support the department with ad hoc tasks as required to meet operational needs.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions.
Profile
A successful Business Support Administrator should have:
