What You Will Enjoy Doing

• As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to support clients in the issuance of quotations and proposals, ensuring sales orders are efficiently acknowledged and processed
• You will be responsible for proactively managing contract renewals by monitoring the contract database, proposing annual site visits to clients, and planning them ahead of their anniversaries
• Working as a trusted expert, you will design calibration gas mixtures tailored to client needs, utilizing advanced thermophysical calculations to deliver accurate and effective solutions
• You will take ownership of high-value tender submissions, preparing and completing documents for major contracts with professionalism and attention to detail
• Furthermore, you will confidently negotiate contract terms and conditions for significant agreements, aligning with company standards while maintaining a client-focused approach
• As part of this role, you will ensure efficiency and accountability by issuing client proposals within two days of receiving required information and contributing to monthly targets of over 120 proposals
  
  

What Makes You Great

• You will hold a degree qualification in a scientific discipline or bring substantial mature experience in a related field
• In addition, you will demonstrate a strong understanding of the UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service) schedules of accreditation, including Reference Materials, Calibration, Inspection, Testing, and Proficiency Testing, enabling you to respond effectively to client requests for accredited services
• You will have knowledge of relevant legislation and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and statutory requirements
• Finally, you will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with EffecTech’s key client base and maintain strong professional relationships
