As a Technical Operative you will undertake machine interventions and first line trouble shooting in order to ensure the machinery runs to its optimum.
Sunday to Thursday
Sunday - 15:40 to 02:45
Monday to Thursday 18:00 to 02:45
Benefits
£16.50 per hour (paid weekly),
Shift allowance of £2.00 for any hours worked between 18:00 and 06:00,
Earn a minimum of £749.875 per week,
Earn £500 for every friend or family member you refer for a job with us*,

About The Role

- Apply good Health & Safety practice in the department
- Uphold the site’s food safety culture
- Identify categorized birds in a fast-moving environment.
- Analyse, interpret and report live data for performance evaluation
- Deliver the departmental daily plan
- Maintain, monitor and achieve operational targets
- Monitor and improve product quality
- Perform production process checks in the department
- Apply food safety management procedures
- Continuously identify and implement workplace improvements
- Maintain and promote measures that support waste minimization and sustainability in operations
- Support internal and external audits
- Support GMP in the department

- Experience within a production/manufacturing setting showing an understanding of a fast-moving process
- Good level of English and basic numeracy skills
- The ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively
- Good attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks
