Technical Administrator - #149705

We are seeking a proactive and organised Technical Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our busy Technical Department. This is a varied and hands-on role, reporting directly to the Technical Director. It offers an exciting opportunity to get involved in the practical and operational side of global marine logistics, with scope to contribute across departments.

• Schedule Loadmasters and arrange international travel
• Coordinate and manage documentation for loadings, discharges, and cargo planning
• Liaise with port agents, customs teams, and operations to ensure smooth project delivery
• Support health and safety administration and documentation
• Manage invoicing, reporting, and job tracking for the department
• Prepare and maintain internal spreadsheets and records
• Assist with transportation planning and general department admin
• Provide occasional support to the Carrier Department (Vessel Operations), stepping in to assist with day-to-day vessel coordination and communication when needed
