This position is based within education settings with one school being a 'base' school for the team. The base school will be within the area of the chosen team upon appointment into the post. This position is available in Dacorum area.

This role is a chance to make a difference in young lives, and as such duties will be a combination of operational management as well as clinical.

As a Team Leader you will be expected to contribute to the expansion of the existing Wave 7 teams with the addition of Wave 11, supporting delivery of evidence-based interventions, contributing to new ideas and ways of working and supporting children and young people are actively encouraged. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day to day management of their team, developing strong relationships with education settings and building links with local services to strengthen the support that's provided to young people and their families.

This approach requires flexibility, dynamism and above all a passion for working with children and young people in educational settings whilst also motivating, inspiring and supporting your team to do the same.

We are looking to appoint an experienced manager with clinical experience who has the ability to provide strong leadership, to contribute to the development and implementation of a high quality service to meet the needs of children and young people in education settings.

Furthermore the post holder will be responsible for establishing and maintaining team systems and processes for the effective operation of the team, including outcome measurements, audit and annual service policy review. The postholder will act in support with fellow Team Leaders in providing Leadership and advice across the MHST Service
