The Opportunity
We are looking for a Team Leader who enjoys supporting and motivating the team to create a fantastic experience for our guests at Scarlet Tap. You’ll help guide and coach the team, making sure everyone works together to deliver the best service possible.

We need our team to engage confidently with our guests, have a passion for great beer, cocktails, and sport. If its live it’s on, and we are the place to watch it. Our guests can enjoy a wide range of food and drink with us, including craft ale, quality wines, and real ales. We show all the live sport and screen as many live events as we can, making our crafty bar the ultimate fan zone for all sports!
