We’re working with a number of schools across Slough who are looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants to join their teams. Roles range from general classroom support to working one-to-one with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

While previous experience with SEN is highly valued, schools are equally keen to meet candidates who are enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn on the job.

What you will need to succeed:

Perhaps you’re an aspiring teacher, a recent graduate or an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for the perfect role to immerse yourself in: the successful candidate will have opportunities and challenges to develop their practice.

The ideal Teaching Assistant should:

• Have experience working as an Early Years, Key Stage 1 or 2 Class Teaching Assistant or SEN TA
• Any other relevant experience
• Be flexible and patient
• Be able to communicate effectively within a team
• Be able to work 8.30-4pm
