About The Role


We currently have opportunities for Teaching Assistants Level 1 SEN to join us at an exciting stage in our journey at Prospect House Primary School.

The successful candidates should have suitable experience to be able to support children from EYFS to Year 6 (Ages 3 - 11)

This is a Grade 3 permanent post, working 27 hours per week term time only plus 5 training days. The starting pro rata salary is £15,336 and the full time equivalent is £23,114.

The working hours are:

Monday – 9.30am – 3pm

Tuesday – 9.30am – 3.30pm

Wednesday – 9.30am – 4.30pm

Thursday – 9.30am – 3pm

Friday – 9.30am – 3pm

Main purpose of the job:

To be a part of a team providing exceptional education for students so that they become happy, confident adults. The post holders will support teaching and learning across school, providing general support in the management of pupils and resources.

Key relationships:

To work under the supervision of the class teacher, department lead Senior Leadership Team and Head teacher.

The post holder will also work with Parents and external agencies under the guidance of the class teacher.
