Talent Support Officer

18.5 hours per week

Grade 6- £27,111.00 to £30,060.00 per annum subject to pro-rata

The Role

As Talent Support Officer, you will contribute to the delivery of our People Strategy as part of the Talent and Organisational Development team. You will be responsible for managing diverse data systems, data manipulation and analysis and presenting data in appropriate formats to support the team in its role to attract, recognise and retain talent and build a diverse, engaged, inclusive and healthy workforce. You will also support the team to embed and maintain a compliant procurement system for apprenticeship programmes. This is a pivotal role to support the team to contribute to the delivery of talent interventions to develop and improve the retention of critical skills across the organisation.
