We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Talent & Culture Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing our organization's talent management strategies and fostering a positive, inclusive company culture that drives employee engagement and business success.

Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Talent & Culture Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing our organization's talent management strategies and fostering a positive, inclusive company culture that drives employee engagement and business success.
- Full function Human Resource Management in a stand alone role, with approximately 60 employees.
- Lead and innovate our company culture initiatives, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
- Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and performance reviews
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and address organizational development needs and implement solutions
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and conflicts professionally and efficiently
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and promote career growth
- Report HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, staying current with changes in employment legislation
Qualifications
- CIPD qualified
- Full working rights in UK
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and conflict resolution strategies, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills
- Strong knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance
- Experience in developing and implementing culture initiatives that drive employee engagement and satisfaction
- Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices and their application in the workplace
- Proficiency with HR technology and HRIS systems
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform HR strategies and decisions
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
