Now is the chance to join IO Interactive in Brighton as our new Talent Acquisition Specialist and help us in finding the stars of our future titles. Our amazing recruitment team needs help for the next 12 months.
You will be our person on the ground in Brighton helping us grow our studio and presence there, while also assisting the team in our global recruitment efforts as well.
You will work in a team of experienced talent acquisition specialists in the games industry, and report to the Global Recruitment Manager. Our team work in close collaboration with our team of People Managers, Employer Branding, and HR teams across our 5 studios.
We have a lot of fun, and sharing a passion in working with top-of-the-line games is nothing short of amazing. We empower every member of our team, prepare to have an impact, and have plenty of opportunities to grow.

What does a day in TA look like at IO Interactive?
Our day to day tasks involve interviewing candidates, aligning with hiring managers, coordinating processes, syncing with our Executive Producers as well as hiring managers, where we put forward our recommendations. What You Will Do
- Responsible for full-cycle recruitments from A-Z in all areas of game development; art, sound, design, programming etc. - You own the process and your input is highly valued
- Be our representative in our Brighton studio, helping candidates have the best possible experience.
- Help organize and take part in events and campaigns aimed at hiring the best talent: university visits, career fairs, virtual fairs, and other industry events
- Be an advocate and spokesperson for the culture, environment, and standards we represent as a studio
- A passion and curiosity for video games and the people who develop them. You are joining a team that is hyped about what we are making, and we would love to buzz with you.
- Experience from recruiting for the games industry or at least a tech company.
- Caring and service-minded. Because we want to facilitate the best recruitment experience possible.
- Thorough and reliable. We will trust you to handle candidate details, numbers, and dates with precision and confidentiality, and to double-check if necessary.
- Flexible and able to adjust, restart, and resume your activities according to any changes that might occur in the recruitment process or staffing plans. Things change rapidly in the games industry. We are Ninjas to adapt.
