We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will play a pivotal part in elevating the talent acquisition experience by owning and helping us optimize interview coordination and working with our TA team to enhance the candidate journey. You’ll work closely with the team to elevate the candidate experience and support a smooth, engaging onboarding journey for new hires.

You’ll collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and business partners to streamline our talent acquisition efforts and drive the continued success of our recruitment initiatives.

What You'll Do
- Manage the candidate experience by providing timely communication and updates throughout the interview process as needed in partnership with recruiters
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring efficient use of time and resources
- Maintain and update candidate coordination systems and tools (e.g., Goodtime) to ensure all candidate and interviewer data is accurately logged
- Monitor and follow up on interview confirmations, declines, and rescheduling requests to maintain a smooth interview flow
- Ensure consistency in candidate documentation and process flow, with adherence to compliance standards
- Coordinate and manage the pre-onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition from offer acceptance to day one.
- Act as a primary point of contact for new hires prior to their start date, providing them with necessary information and resources as needed
- Prepare and manage offer and onboarding documentation, from initiation to completion
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Work closely with other HR team members to help identify areas for process improvements, streamline workflows in the areas of recruitment coordination and onboarding.
- Support ad-hoc TA projects and initiatives as needed, including recruitment events, training sessions, and process audits
- Assist with sourcing and screening of candidates as needed
- Assist with early careers recruitment efforts as needed
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment coordination, operations, human resources, or a related field. Internship experience will also be considered
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS platforms; familiarity with Goodtime or similar scheduling tools is a plus
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Positive, solution-oriented attitude with a focus on delivering an outstanding candidate and new hire experience
- Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding best practices, legal compliance, and privacy standards is a plus
- This role is based in Stockholm, Sweden or London, England
- We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home. We ask that you come to the office 2 to 3 times per week.
