Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Surveyor to ensure we continue to deliver the world class customer service we are renowned for. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our successful and rapidly expanding business, working on diverse large and small bespoke projects across the architectural and joinery industry.

What the role entails:

• Attending site inductions
• Carry out site surveys throughout the UK
• Travel, overnight stays and flexible working hours
• Liaising with customers, scheduling of site surveys and coordinating subcontractor surveyors and providing relevant information prior to survey and checking survey reports
• Processing survey data to a presentable state and passing on to the design team
• Cross checking survey data against cost estimates
• Strong health and safety awareness

What we need:

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar position
• Strong IT Skills (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good numeracy and knowledge of geometry
• A good eye for detail and ability to problem solve
• Full UK driving license
• Able to work alone when required
• Willingness to learn and develop within the role (looking into new equipment & methodology)

Desired but not essential:

• Experience using 3D scanning equipment
• Experience in Artec and Creaform software
• Previous site survey experience (Full training will be provided)
• CAD software knowledge \ experience (Relevant training will be provided)
• Understanding of construction drawing
• SmartSheet experience
• CSCS card

• Competitive Salary: DOE (travel, meals, and accommodation are provided where necessary)
• Overtime/Time in Lieu will be mutually agreed
• Hours of Work: 39 Hours per week (hours may vary as travel requires)
• Holidays: 259 hours per annum (includes public/bank holidays)
