Are you looking for a role where you can make a real difference every day?

We are seeking compassionate and motivated Support Workers who are committed to making a genuine difference in people’s lives.

In this role, you will support individuals to build confidence, develop essential life skills, and take meaningful steps towards independent living. This is more than just a job, it’s about walking alongside people as they rebuild, grow, and move forward. It’s about offering encouragement on difficult days, celebrating progress (big and small), and helping create a more stable and hopeful future.

As a Support Worker, you will provide both one-to-one and small group support, helping individuals develop the skills needed to sustain their tenancy and transition to independent accommodation. You will also act as a Keyworker, coordinating support plans and working closely with partner agencies and professionals to ensure individuals receive the right support at the right time.

This is a varied and rewarding role that combines practical assistance, emotional support, and housing-related responsibilities. No two days are the same, but every day has purpose.

The successful candidate must hold a full UK driving licence. Please note, this post is subject to an enhanced check made by the Disclosure & Barring Services, paid for by P3.
