Job Ref:

The Greenfields Family are Recruiting!

Greenfields Close is a spacious 28-bed residential care home in Nottingham, providing support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health issues, physical disabilities, and complex care needs. We provide a high level of support to enable all the people we support to meet their personal goals and future aspirations!

The individuals we support at Greenfields love to party! They enjoy listening and dancing to music and we even have our own karaoke machine. Cooking and baking cakes are also a favourite aswell as celebrating each other’s birthdays.

Some of the individuals we support are very sociable and love spending time with friends at home and out in the community. Whether that's venturing out to the cinema or for a catch up over coffee!

Halloween is a favourite time of year for us and we love decorating, pumpkin carving and scaring any visitors! Christmas is big here at Greenfields and we all love putting up the Christmas tree and we spend time laughing about what the naughty elf on the shelf gets up to!

We understand what’s important and always try our best to help the individuals live their best lives! No two days are the same, one day we’re partaking in a family event or party and the next we’re out window shopping and sightseeing! There is huge variety in the role and lots to learn.

At Salutem Care and Education, we recognise the value and wisdom that come from all stages of life. Join our team to be a part of a community that truly appreciates the richness of age diversity.

Now we've shared a glimpse of what it's like to work for us, let us introduce ourselves. We’re Salutem and we are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of thousands of children and adults in England and Wales across our residential homes, schools and day centres. Our dedicated support teams empower individuals to overcome any obstacles and live the life they choose.

We want the best for everyone we support and that's what makes us a family. If you have the ability to support someone to feel at home, be their true self, and do what makes their heart happy - we want to hear from you.
