About the Service


Spring Road is a 12-bed supported living service supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needss. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills and achieve their personal goals.


People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, including going shopping, days out, socialising and driving helping them to stay engaged, active and connected.


About the Role


As a Support Worker, you’ll empower adults with learning disabilities, autism, ABI and mental health needs to live life their way.


You’ll:

  • Support independence and personal goals
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
  • Assist with daily life activities, for example cooking, shopping and social outings
  • Provide personal care and support with health and wellbeing
  • Follow clear processes and individual care plans to ensure we provide safe and consistent support

Pay Structure

  • Entry Level – £12.71 per hour
  • NVQ Level 2 completed – £12.96 per hour
  • NVQ Level 3 completed – £13.21 per hour

Desirable:

  • NVQ Level 2 (or above) in Social Care
  • Previous care experience
  • Basic IT skills
