The Role
The Role
- Serve as a technical expert to diagnose, investigate, and resolve escalated incident tickets
- Provide consistent and high-quality technical support to customers
- Escalate complex issues or suspected system defects to the engineering team with detailed information
- Develop internal documentation to improve the support team's technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in technical support or software development
- Exceptional problem-solving skills to quickly understand and resolve issues
- Experience working in a Support Desk environment and utilizing associated software and processes (advantageous)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent (preferred)
