Your day to day will involve:

• Achieve and exceed targets and performance metrics.
• Make quick calls to businesses to check payment options/trends.
• Record and maintain accurate records of call outcomes.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and quotas as required.
• Working with your team leader for guidance and support when needed
• Full training is provided, along with ongoing coaching.

Important Details:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Salary: £13.45 per hour
• Employment Type: Casual contract (temporary)
• Location: Office-based
• Shift Pattern: The first 2–3 weeks will be worked on either an 8:00 am – 4:00 pm or 9:00 am – 5:00 pm schedule. Following this, the role will move to a 3:00 pm – 10:30 pm shift pattern, Monday to Friday, for a further 5–7 weeks.
