What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading cost recovery in a dynamic environment
- Owning the end‑to‑end cost inflation and recovery agenda to protect margins.
- Moving legacy Excel‑based pricing processes into scalable, automated solutions.
- Optimising promotional investment
- Using data, analytics and data science to reshape short‑term promotional investment.
- Designing trade plans that optimise revenue and profit across categories and channels.
- Embeding a more strategic, insight‑led approach to promotional effectiveness.
- Strengthening pricing governance
- Safeguarding revenue through disciplined pricing compliance and proactive risk management.
- Championing best‑in‑class, AI‑enabled pricing and analytics tools.
- Partnering with IT and external providers to develop future‑ready pricing capability.
- Commercial FMCG experience with deep understanding of pricing and trade investment.
- Strong financial and analytical capability, ideally from a commercial finance or analytical background.
- Advanced Excel and modelling skills, with a passion for automation and AI‑driven insight.
- Confidence to influence senior stakeholders and drive change in fast‑paced environments.
