What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team
• Drive commercial performance through exceptional customer experience
• Take full ownership of store results, KPIs, and operational excellence
• Lead from the front on the shop floor, delivering personalised service
• Oversee all store operations including rotas, stock, compliance, and standards
• Build a strong team culture focused on engagement, development, and accountability
• Work closely with the Store Manager at Stockton Tesco, sharing resource and best practice across both locations
• Support the continued growth and development of a store with strong potential for future success
