What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop your team to deliver strong performance and great customer outcomes
• Drive commercial results through exceptional service and effective leadership
• Champion a positive, inclusive culture where colleagues feel supported and motivated
• Lead from the front on the shop floor, delivering personalised product advice
• Oversee all store operations including rotas, stock, compliance, and standards
• Support your team through change, embedding new ways of working with confidence and clarity
• Focus on continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to develop both people and performance

What We’re Looking For

• Proven retail management experience
• Strong people leader with a passion for coaching and developing others
• Experience managing change and supporting teams through it effectively
• Commercially aware with a track record of delivering results
• Confident, hands-on leader who thrives in a customer-facing environment
• Great communicator who can engage, influence, and inspire
