Our Bathgate team is looking for a Stock Administrator to join our Heineken Team. This role is primarily office-based, but occasionally you might be asked to assist with stock counts in our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP, excellent computer skills (especially Excel) and a strong work ethic.

This is a full-time, permanent position. You will work Sunday to Thursday, covering the hours of 22:00 to 06:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Managing the SAP system ensuring accurate inputs and updates
• Maintaining and aligning stock records for specific customers
• Operating and interrogating Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to identify potential improvements
• Developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  
  
  

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Experience with SAP and WMS systems
• Excellent computer skills, especially in Excel
• Highly organised, transparent and good timekeeper
• Strong attention to details
