We're now looking for a Stock & Admin Manager to oversee inventory management, streamline administrative processes, and ensure efficient operations within our logistics team
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- Lead, plan and report upon the work activities of the Stock Team executing against customer requirements and operational performance, whilst ensuring robust procedures are in place across all areas of accountability
- Managing the regional strategy and working practices for managing perpetual inventory to ensure integrity, an understanding of stock loss contractual liability and that risk is effectively mitigated
- Working closely with site General Managers to develop inventory strategy and working practices to maximise efficiencies and best practice
- To ensure quality, consistency and compliance across the site through effective planning and optimum deployment of operational resource
- Previous team management experience within a warehouse environment is essential
- Must have experience working in or managing the Stock/ Admin department from a current or previous role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, engage and develop a new team
- Stakeholder management experience, with the ability to build strong relationships and deliver a high level of service to customers
- Excellent IT literacy skills - experience using Warehouse Management Systems is essential. Blue Yonder experience is desirable
